TESTIMONIALS
With Reiko’s guidance, I began to realize that I still had a heart for nursing.
Reiko was truly a gift from above. One day, while scrolling on Facebook, I saw that she was offering nurse coaching sessions. Something in me said, “Why not give this one more try? Maybe this time will be different.” So, I leaned on my faith, began praying, and asked God for clarity.
At that time in my life, I was depressed, lost, and questioning my purpose. I was battling anxiety and, honestly, I was a hot mess. On our very first call, I wanted nothing to do with nursing anymore. I was ready to give it up completely. But as time went on, with Reiko’s guidance, I began to realize that I still had a heart for nursing.
She gave me assignments that encouraged me to explore different career paths and options that aligned with my values. Slowly, I started to come back to myself. She pulled me out of depression and helped me stand on my own two feet again.
Today, I have a part-time job as an RN, and I’ll be going back to school in Spring 2026 to pursue my master’s in nursing informatics. I’ve also started walking in my true calling as an advocate for autism, after my 3-year-old son was diagnosed at just 18 months.
Another blessing is that I’ve become involved at New Bethel A.M.E. Church, serving in the youth and nursery ministries. I’ve always had a fear of public speaking, yet God has stretched me beyond my comfort zone. I will soon begin teaching Bible study and Sunday School—something I never imagined myself doing. But now, I have the privilege of sharing His Word and pouring into others about the gospel.
I can truly say that none of this would have been possible without God placing Reiko in my path at just the right moment. God used her to help me find my purpose again. If my story sounds familiar to you, I encourage you to reach out to Reiko to become your nurse coach. You will not be disappointed.

“Peter's insightful inquiry helped me be honest with myself about what was keeping me from pursuing the things I wanted to achieve. He helped me develop strategies to overcome limiting habits I had been struggling with for years. My coaching sessions with Peter have had a lasting impact because all the insights were earned through a kind of honest work that leads to a unique empowerment that I can’t help but continue to pursue.”
Reiko helped me to identify and confirm my reality.
Before I began this journey, I was dealing with a lot of frustrations in life with personal relationships, work and spirituality. I felt like life was dealing with me versus me dealing with it. Working with Reiko helped me to identify and confirm my reality while also giving me the tools to deal with those realities in a healthy way. Having Reiko as my coach, I was able to restore balance and healthy coping mechanisms. It felt like more than a coach, but a relative giving me sound advice. As someone who finds it hard to open up, the mindful breathing in the beginning really helped me to relax and be open. Throughout these sessions, I was able to find strength not only to practice healthy coping mechanisms but to also set boundaries when need be. Overall, I feel more content and confident. I’m very grateful for this opportunity.

“Working with you was instrumental in helping me figure out what I want from life, breaking big goals down into a series of small concrete achievable goals to help get me where I want to go, and in learning self-calming practices and self-encouragement strategies that can be used as tools to help me get unstuck from negative thought patterns.”
Reiko gave me a fresh start and realistic outlook.
My name is Rosie Rapier, and I’d like to share my experience being coached by Reiko Poole. Reiko and I have been friends for years, and when I began struggling with several health challenges—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—I turned to her for support.
I had been dealing with an extremely sore and tender pelvic injury for months. After seeing several medical professionals and receiving multiple, uncertain diagnoses, I was frustrated and still in pain. When I spoke to Reiko, she listened with compassion and suggested practical ways to reduce inflammation through diet, rest, and small lifestyle changes. She continued to follow up with me, which meant a lot.
Eventually, I learned I had moderate arthritis and a torn tendon, along with mild depression that made it hard to stay motivated and keep up with household tasks. Reiko helped me create a realistic plan tailored to my pace and lifestyle. She held me accountable and celebrated my progress each week. Suddenly, my goals began to feel achievable again.
Reiko gave me a fresh start and a renewed sense of hope. Her ability to listen deeply built a strong sense of trust. She reminded me that it’s okay to start over and to be gentle with myself as I grow. Working with Reiko has been a true blessing—I’m stronger, more balanced, and finally moving forward again.

What I liked most about working with Reiko is her radiant smile.
Before I began working with Reiko Poole, my sleeping pattern was chaotic and exhausting. I was having trouble sleeping through the night and waking up feeling refreshed. She also helped me improve my exercise goals and improve healthy eating.
Her willingness to help me celebrate the small victories on my journey to feeling better overall. I love that she is encouraging and supportive. Reiko gave me the time and patience to discover solutions that would work for me.
I greatly benefited from Reiko’s coaching, but successfully and consistently increased my exercise from only walking the dog most days to walking the dog every day, swimming 3-4 days a week and even beginning body weight workouts on the days I don’t swim. I went from eating quick fix foods/fast food to eating more home cooked meals that are whole foods and more plant-based recipes. Each week my family eats Meatless Monday meals that I cook. My sleeping is beginning to be more restful. I am still working on this goal.
I have learned that:
-
I really enjoy swimming during the hottest part of the day and look forward to this ritual each day.
-
I am now enjoying doing more cooking in my kitchen using fresh whole foods that are tasty and healthy.
-
I am not an early morning person. I do and feel better when I go to bed later in the evening and then sleep in until 9 or 10 o’clock.
-
I highly recommend Reiko Poole to my friends, family, and co-workers. She helped me to help myself.
